In 2014 following the AGM and first meeting of the Committee the following committee emerged :
President: Suzanne Gratton is currently the Property Manager at Dundullimal Homestead and was the Vice President for Dubbo Jazz Club for the last successful Dubbo Jazz Festival. Suzanne has innovative skills in event management and is experienced in organising charity fund raising events, weddings and other community events. Together with her artist husband, Tim Gratton, they are involved in range of community art events. Suzanne and Tim have forged a successful collaboration of the Dundullimal Homestead and the Dubbo Jazz Club, as a sponsor venue, with the Jazz on the Green.
Vice- President: Ken Pascoe is a Mental Health clinician in Dubbo working for Western NSW Local Health District. He has been working there since October 2006, prior to this he was working in Qld in a similar capacity. Earlier in his career, Ken has run his own electronics business, been a professional diver, a fitter and turner and comes from a farming background. From his varied background, Ken brings management and organisation skills, along with an appreciation of jazz, to the Dubbo Jazz club.
Secretary: Tim Gratton is a professional visual artist who works in a number of mediums including body art, landscape drawing and painting as well as life drawing. Over the past few years since moving to Dubbo he has engaged the local community and has produced the Pink Angels Calendar, promoted the National Trust property Dundullimal Homestead and supported a number of local clubs and groups. Together with his wife he lives at Dundullimal Homestead and is the ‘artist in residence’. Gratton loves music, art and history. He brings to the Dubbo Jazz Club his experience as Secretary of Rose Bay RSL Sub-branch.
Treasurer: Elizabeth Walker-Manson has over 30 years of business experience working in both the private and public sectors in finance and governance roles. Elizabeth has a no nonsense approach to finance, governance and she possesses a fresh positive outlook on life.
Member: Greg Barker has been playing drums for 40 years teaching for 35 of those years, in Wollongong, Newcastle & Dubbo. Greg studied at Sydney Con summer Jazz courses, & attending jazz festivals since 1980, and was a previous President of the Illawarra Jazz Club.
Member: Kerry Ellen is an active participant on the local arts scene and brings a wealth of experience in arts admin, publicity and event coordination. She is also a professional musician (vocalist), regularly performing at venues and events across Western NSW.
Member: Ken Smith is a well-known local radio identity who has been involved in the music business for over 35 years. Ken brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and experience to the Dubbo Jazz Club comiitteee.
Member: Alister Dyson-Holland brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. He owns a local coffee roasting business and runs one of Dubbos most progressive cafe’s ‘Brigade Espresso’
